Background: Kazumi isn't too major of a character in the Negima series, and luckily, we don't see anything too slutty from her. ^^() At least, not in the anime. As for the manga... Well, the manga has a little too much fanservice if you know what I mean, so I didn't pick it up. I have read about her role in the manga, which is much bigger, but still rather minor. She was used as a plot device, sort of. *cough* Anyways.
In the manga, she was one of the first students to discover Negi's true identity as a mage, as a result of snooping around while investigating the rumor that a girl had confessed her love to Negi. Occasionally, she can spotted plotting with Chamo, a somewhat perverted little ermine who she befriends. She is used as a plot device in several events in the series, including the "Kiss Negi" game, Mahora Fighting Tournament (Announcer), and the "Mars Attacks vs. Mage Order" game.
She befriends Sayo, a ghost girl who was murdered in the school a long time ago, and happens to be seated next to Kazumi. Because of sitting near her for so long, Kazumi can see Sayo, and apparently the two girls have become good friends. Sayo also was seen wearing an armband of the reporting club, and this may be due to Kazumi's influence, but may also clue us in on the reason for her murder. Since she does not remember anything, she may have been a reporter a lot like Kazumi, only to be killed when she stuck her nose in the wrong place. Sayo also became Kazumi's "partner in crime," aiding Kazumi's reporting, as she is a ghost, and is not easily seen.

She also is not afraid to resort to using blackmail. She loves her reporting job a little too much, and is willing to do practically anything to get the latest scoop. ^^()
How She Got To Port Mango:As Kazumi was stalking a mysterious looking cloaked man leaving from her school, the garbage can she was sitting happened to fall over, and hit a building. When she woke up, the garbage can was gone and she found herself at Port Mango.
Extra Information: Well, not really anything, except fans of the series do tend to draw her with glasses. ^^ And, I am definitely going to incorporate glasses into the rp sometime soon. Oh! And, Ken Akamatsu said it himself- She is modeled after Kitsune from Love Hina.
I do not own Kazumi, who belongs to Ken Akamatsu, and I definitely do not believe that I am her. o-O That is all.
